Innovative Building Products has been in business for 20 years as a builder/contractor in the Ottawa region .

In 1998, we used insulated concrete forms (ICF) for the first time to build a foundation and a full height house. Our focus on ICF construction provided us with an immediate advantage and our projects include a large commercial building in the west end of Ottawa.

In 2001, we officially became a distributor for NUDURA Insulated Concrete Forms. NUDURA’s Integrated Building Technology is used in residential, commercial & institutional construction. We also carry HAMBRO® composite floor system, the up-to-date answer to floor construction challenges, and MARLBORO windows and doors, featuring the newly designed ICF window.

Our NUDURA® distribution territory extends from Hwy 416 to the Quebec border and from the Ottawa River to the St. Lawrence. In an effort to service our territory from a central location our warehouse is in Beckwith, ON giving us easy access to major highways throughout our territory.

As the distributor of one of the fastest growing insulated concrete forms (ICFs) in the North American market, our mission is to serve the needs of both our contractors and homeowners alike. Our services include technical support, contractor referrals, training courses, material take-offs & a rental program.
