For over 31 years, Perth Brewery beer has been, and continues to be proudly crafted using age-old traditional brewing processes and ingredients: water, grain (mostly malted barley, sometimes along with oats and wheat), hops and yeast. What makes our beer unique is during the fermentation process we add an enzyme to reduce gluten protein levels to under 20 ppm (parts per million) while not compromising the fantastic beer flavour our customers have always loved. It is important to point out our traditionally brewed beer is gluten-reduced, not gluten free.
